|In 1983 we sanded and refinished the floors in The Outpost's new location on 8th Street in down Holland, Michigan.||As you can see, our commercial floor finishes are of the highest quality and durability. (But, please, don't try this at home.)|
|The Outpost's maple floors were stained and coated with DuraSeal satin polyurethane.||Over the years these floors have been recoated by the owner Rick Mosher. This is a perfect example of how long the finish on a floor can last when routine maintenance is practiced.|
|We originally sanded and finished this floor in 1994 for J & G Concepts in the Grand Rapids Parade of Homes.||They were stained with Dura Seal natural stain and finished with three coats of waterborne urethane.|
|The homeowner called us in February of 2006 to recoat the job.|
