In 1983 we sanded and refinished the floors in The Outpost's new location on 8th Street in down Holland, Michigan. As you can see, our commercial floor finishes are of the highest quality and durability. (But, please, don't try this at home.)
The Outpost's maple floors were stained and coated with DuraSeal satin polyurethane. Over the years these floors have been  recoated by the owner Rick Mosher. This is a perfect example of how long the finish on a floor can last when routine maintenance is practiced.
We originally sanded and finished this floor in 1994 for J & G Concepts in the Grand Rapids Parade of Homes. They were stained with Dura Seal natural stain and finished with three coats of waterborne urethane.
The homeowner called us in February of 2006 to recoat the job.
